Website support requests

When you submit this website’s support form, we store your name, email address, request type, summary, message and any device, app version and plan details you provide. We use these details to handle your request and improve the app. Requests are stored using our website hosting and database providers, Vercel and Neon, and are not displayed publicly.

A short-lived hashed network identifier and submission count help prevent abuse. We do not add advertising trackers to this website. Contact support@rccostapro.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of a support request, and include your receipt reference if you have one.
